Established in Taiwan in 1974, Chu Shin Chemical Co., Ltd, known as APEX, has been a leading presence in the industry.

 Our commitment to quality led us to achieve ISO9001 international quality certification in 2006.

Expanding our horizons, in 2019, we proudly inaugurated APEX-VN Co., Ltd in Binh Duong, Vietnam. Spanning 30,000 square meters, our facility boasts a monthly production capacity of 40,000 square meters.
