Raw Materials

Natural limestone (Hualien, Taiwan, washing limestone), charcoal, surfactant

Manufactured Process Summary

We selected high quality of pure limestones. After heating, they broken down into calcium oxide (CaO), and then to be cleaned with water (H2O) to produce calcium hydroxide (Ca [OH]2) emulsion. After purification of the emulsion, carbon dioxide was introduced to form calcium carbonate (CaCO3) emulsion. Then the emulsion was treated with an activating agent. After dehydration, heat drying, crushing, winnowing, magnetic separation to filter micro-fine impurities, then it will be packed into a product.

Product Introduction

The appearance is ultra-fine white powder, produced by chemical synthesis, with fineness, less impurities, high-grade whiteness. It has reinforcing property. The main structure of the particle is cubic circle. The average particle size is several tens of nanometers (0.02 micron to 0.4 micron).
